How To:
TEMPTU "tattoos" are perfectly safe, highly realistic, and waterproof. When properly applied and cared for, they stay on for days, or can be removed instantly.Just follow the step-by step instructions below, and enjoy your body as a work of art.
How To Apply Your Temporary Tattoos:
The skin must first be cleaned of any dirt and natural oils with 70% Isopropyl rubbing alcohol. This makes the top layer of the skin absorbent to the inks.
While the skin is still moist with the alcohol, the paper transfer is laid (ink side) down.
The back of the transfer is than dabbed lightly with an alcohol saturated cosmetic pad or cotton ball. Dab transfer until design shows through. Pat with fingers. Dab again. Repeat process several times. Lift paper off while still wet. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!
Using Temptu Outline Black Body Paint can touch up transfers.
Each transfer can be used for one application.
Painting The Colors:
The ink needs to be shaken well. Dip the hair of the brush sparingly into the paint.
Paint in using several thin coats. The colors can be mixed and shaded right on the skin.
For a more realistic look, paint over the transfer outline with a thin coat of Temptu black and a second coat of Temptu blue.
In between colors, clean the brush with alcohol on a cotton pad.
After the tattoo is dry, pat talc or baby powder onto the transfer to set the inked design.
As the inks are used over time they become thicker. Adding a few drops of rubbing alcohol can dilute them.
Care And Advice:
The tattoos can last up to seven days or more when put on the ankle or places where clothing does not rub the transfer.
A tattoo on the face or hand should only be expected to last one day.
We advertise that they last from one to five days, if taken care of properly.
Proper care for your Temptu is listed below:
* The tattoos are removed with rubbing alcohol or baby oil. Therefore, perfumes, aftershaves, and some creams will remove them.
* Rubbing talc or baby powder before and after sleep and showers to achieve longevity.
* You can also prolong your tattoo by re-painting the design after it shows wear.
* The tattoos are waterproof. When they become wet, simply pat them dry and avoid abrasive rubbing.
