RETURN POLICY: We have a 10-day return policy (ten days from the date that the merchandise is signed for on delivery). We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, with any of our merchandise, simply return the merchandise within 10 days. Merchandise must be unused and unworn. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with the shipping invoice.
EXCEPTION: Due to the intimate nature of Just For Tonight's! body jewelry, these items can only be returned for defects in workmanship. No refunds. Exchanges only. You MUST call or contact us to receive an RMA# prior to returning the merchandise. We will NOT accept returned merchandise that does not have the RMA# on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Any merchandise damaged due to customer's negligence will not be accepted. Upon verification of reason for return, the purchase price of the item will be returned.
